COVID-19 – Level 4 Update

Dear Technoswitch Partner,
Under Level 4 regulations, effective from 01 May 2020, Technoswitch continues to supply only equipment required for the Essential Services as defined in Table 1 of the Risk Adjustment Strategy Regulations dated 29 April 2020.
For us to assist you in this regard, we would require copies of your essential service permit, as well as the end-user’s essential service permit and request for emergency repairs. All equipment needs to be collected from one of our branches as no deliveries will be made.
We require at least 24 hours advance notification in order to provide emergency spares since arrangements have to be made with personnel in each region to go into office and draw stock. Any requests for emergency spares can be co-ordinated through your normal sales channel.
Furthermore, in order to comply with the new regulations and for the safety of our personnel, Technoswitch has implemented a strict No-Mask-No-Entry policy. Therefore, please ensure that anyone sent to collect equipment wears a face mask covering both their nose and mouth.
